The Marine Ecosystem Services Partnership (MESP) is a community of practice for marine ecosystem stakeholders, policy makers, researchers, economists, and environmental managers. We offer two main services: 1) a communication platform for individuals to share ideas, discuss pressing issues, and post the latest news; 2) a library of marine and coastal valuation studies. The MESP uses a variety of web-based tools to ease access to valuation data and improve communication among its members. When connected to the databases of our working partners, the MESP information web portal represents the world’s largest virtual collection of marine ecosystem service data. The MESP also maintains an online group where partners can learn the latest ecosystem services news.
