Galaxy for Ecology (Galaxy-E) is the initiative reusing well known open source Galaxy platform to provide access to Ecology oriented tools and high performance computing infrastucture. You can notably use Galaxy-E to import your own Biodiversity data and / or data coming from GBIF, ALA, iNat or others external resources and visualize as analyse it using R scripts or Python scripts useable without having programming knowledge or Jupyter notebooks / Rstudio / R Shiny interactive apps. You can share your data and visualization / analysis results to colleagues or publicly. You can create a workflow from your visualisation / analysis history to facilitate others to apply the same processes on their own !
